Notice : the Number of Accounts Allowed per Device

Hello, this is PICNIC. We do not encourage users to have multiple accounts, as we want to keep voting fair for everyone. However, we understand our fans’ efforts, so PICNIC allows up to three accounts per device. Devices with more than three accounts will be automatically blocked, and repeated violations may lead to permanent suspension. Thank you.
