Seating Information

Seating guide (1F/2F layout) — Seating guide (reference image)

1F has portable chairs on a flat floor without level differences; 2F is stepped seating.
The layout image is for reference and may differ from the actual seating.
Refunds or changes are not available due to restricted visibility.

Booking Information

Tickets will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets purchased via this link are special discount tickets; only 1F or 2F choice is available.
Please note 1F is a flat floor without steps.
Up to 6 tickets per person per show.
Seat changes after ticket pickup are not allowed.
After purchase, changes and refunds are not available; especially not after the deadline or on the performance day.

Ticket Pickup Information

On performance day, the ticket box operates from 2 hours before until 30 minutes after the start.
Bring both your ID and booking confirmation to pick up tickets.
No cancellation, change, or refund on the performance day.

Entry Guide

Entry starts 1 hour before the show (subject to change on-site).
1 ticket per person rule applies.
Only those with tickets can enter; entry is strictly prohibited without a ticket.
Lost or damaged tickets cannot be reissued; please keep your ticket safe.
Please complete entry at least 10 minutes before start for smooth operations.
Late entry may be restricted; follow staff instructions.

Viewing Policies

Changing to seats other than your assigned seat is strictly prohibited.
No food or beverages (except water). Hazardous items and some goods may be restricted.
Please refrain from disturbing other viewers; violations may be sanctioned.
We are not responsible for loss or theft due to personal negligence.
There may be visibility obstructions due to production reasons.
Official photo/video recording will be conducted; your image may appear in content.

Locker Information

Free lockers are available in the 1F/2F lobbies from 1 hour before the show; quantities are limited.
Usage is free (6,000 KRW if the key is lost).
We are not responsible for damage or loss of belongings stored in lockers.

Venue & Transit

The Blue Square parking lot is often full; we recommend using public transportation.
Delays due to traffic or parking cannot be grounds for ticket change/refund.

Parking Guide

Use Blue Square parking (Hours: 07:00-24:00)
For viewers: 5,000 KRW for 4 hours (1,000 KRW per 10 min after)
After 20 minutes from entry, scan the QR on your ticket and pay at the kiosk or on your phone.
